Business Issue
A tier 1 auto supplier to major U.S. based Japanese automotive companies sought to successfully start up their new auto parts plant in the southern U.S. One of their critical needs during the first 12 months of start up was to hire capable bilingual professionals to assist with the set up of business operations and of factory operations.
How We Helped
We provided our full recruiting services which include: identifying, screening, interviewing and negotiating offer terms with candidates. Placements include executives, engineers, IT professionals, accounting professionals and administrative and other support staff (both bilingual in Japanese & English and non-bilingual professionals). Through our extensive network of both U.S. and Japanese nationals who are both bilingual and have functional expertise, we were able to provide both permanent and contract-to-hire employees to meet the client's immediate needs.
