Business Challenge
A privately owned nationally operating service company reached a major growth junction and needed to make critical decisions among the Board (owners/partners) about whether to exit or instead to recommit and grow the business. Moreover they needed to find common ground around the future of the company and make a shared roadmap to address owner, strategic, business, and financial objectives.
How We Helped
We designed and facilitated a multi-day facilitated owner/management offsite retreat. We conducted a strategic review of the business, partnership and individual issues and helped the owners explore and make a recommit decision about the business. During this executive retreat we completed rapid strategic planning, competitive landscape
analysis, identified partnering candidates and updated the business model. We then helped design a reorganization of management team roles to deploy the plans.
