Our People Sylvester Di Diego is our Managing Partner who founded the firm to delight clients, inspire people and be on the leading edge of business creation and transformation. Our professional people have served in premier global consulting firms (management, IT, strategy and innovation) and are thought leaders in their fields. Many have also held top executive positions at Fortune 1000 global companies - from corporate headquarters to line, subsidiary, and factory levels in global locations. Our History Founded in 2001, and headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ, in the Metro New York City area, we also operate from other locations, client sites as well as hotel and conference venues. To date we have served over one hundred and sixty (160) entrepreneurs to design, refine, finance and lead science and technology based businesses; assisted with twenty (20 ) subsidiary transplant start-ups in the USA (inward Foreign Direct Investment “FDI” companies), and delivered business advisory/custom consulting for seven (7) turnarounds of growth and mid size companies.
