After receiving a BA from Harvard University Sylvester was awarded a Harvard University Michael Clarke Rockefeller Graduate Fellowship to Japan. Sylvester served in global management with P/L and CEO advisory roles at Mitsubishi Corporation for 17 years in USA and Japan with projects across the USA, Americas and Asia. Then he was an Engagement Manager/Strategist for Scient Corporation for 2 years. More, he is an alumnus of Leadership New York III and of the Mitsubishi Global Forum of Emerging Leaders (Tokyo). Sylvester is proficient in Japanese and was stationed in Japan for 5 years with 3 corporate assignments. Sylvester enjoys serving on various corporate and civic boards and actively promotes global business and foreign direct investment. He is a professional speaker to corporate, industry and other groups on various subjects and master facilitator for important change initiatives.
